Eric & Deana Song
Forté Strings was founded in 1999 by Eric Song in Seoul, Korea, upon earning his degree in Violin Performance.
He pairs his devotion to music with a love for exploring Europe in search of exceptional fine instruments.
In 2018, Eric & Deana opened their current showroom/shop in Fullerton, California, where they reside with their two children & two dogs.
Deana, an alumna of OCHSA (Orange County High School of the Arts, now OCSA), holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cello Performance.
In 2025, they founded a non-profit chamber ensemble, Fortis Philharmonic, with its debut concert on February 1st, 2026. For upcoming events, fundraisers, and/or concerts, please visit our website periodically.
